A customer bike in for a complete re-style!

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is - "Dreamcatcher"

Ron has had this bike for a few years. The weather has taken its toll and it was time to re-vamp the bike.
Ron has left everything to us in way of design, based around his own ideas.
This is a memorial creation dedicated to Ron's wife and close friend of ours, Patricia, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Pat was into things like Dreamcatchers, Native America, wolves and the like, added to the fact she was a massive Elvis Presley fan
we had to come up with a scheme to combine all these ideas together!

How the bike stood prior to the work

The Strip down.
We strip the bike, mark all the wiring ready for the new lighting system which will include under floor LED's etc.
We remove all parts that we will be mirror polishing.

At this stage we stripped the front end and polished the fork legs, Top yokes and risers.
While we are at it, we polish the Brake reservoir, brake & clutch levers the foot plates and fit
braded hoses to the calipers.

The Engine work.
We clean and prep the motor, mask it all off ready for enamel coating in Satin Black.
After the paint is applied and the masking removed, the chrome on the motor comes to life.

Here we heat wrap the exhaust system.

The paint work.
Body panels etc are started work on in our paint shop.
First up, all the prep work. After filling and smoothing the primer is laid down.
Then the black base, followed by the Tribal designs and text air brushed in. Then the metal flake is laid down.
Then we apply the first layer of top coat, flat it all off then 3 final layers of top coat.

Also, we repaint the subframe, all the panels, mesh sides, complete rear end and the wheels finished in Silver.

Designing the custom created picture and name plates.
As mentioned earlier, this is a memorial trike, we had to gel together Patricia, Elvis Presley and the Dreamcatcher theme.
We custom designed the plates for the trike. Firstly, by scanning the original record labels from Elvis' The wonder of you and If I can dream,
we the manipulate the text to the exact original colours and blend in the photos to the centre of the label.
To keep with the theme we then use a Dreamcatcher as the surround for the label.
Following this they are heat pressed using a sublimation process onto mirror polished aluminium plates.
The same process is used for the Dreamcatcher name plate and the Indian / Wolves dreamcatcher art work side plates.

"Dreamcatcher"
In loving memory of Patricia Whitehead. 1953 - 2009.

Dreamcatcher was completely stripped, every detail attended to with vast amounts of painting, polishing, welding, fabricating,
creating our own designs along the way and finally rebuilt and fully detailed valeted.
Dreamcatcher took 3 solid weeks and over 150 hours to create but worth every minute.
The trike is fitted with high power LED's, under floor running lights, new spots, new rear lighting, rear forward facing LED running lights,
a complete rewire etc etc, the list is endless!
