The Strip down
Work begins June
2010
Strip the bike to bits, sort everything for polishing, paint,
and
replacement

The front end
New fork seals/oil. Forks
are coated in Black enamel. Calipers are stripped and rebuilt. Carbon brake
hoses fitted.

Polished risers. Yokes coated in Black enamel.

New wide handlebars. New 'Tribal' Chrome grips. New polished clutch & brake levers. ZXR 1000 clocks fitted. Demon nose cone fitted.

Front wheel stripped and finished in Silver with Gold brake discs

The rear end
Swing arm is stripped and
finished in Silver

Rear sprocket finished in Gold. Sprocket Hub in Silver

Rear wheel finished in Silver with Gold brake disc

Rear shocks are stripped and rebuilt. Polished adjusters, re finished in Silver and Gold springs

Exhaust end can is custom built by ourselves, chopped down and polished

The paint theme
All the panels are are
prepped and primered and coated in Silver. Added to Silver is a Chrome Silver
metal flake.
Once cured we then add a Red metal flake over the Silver



Here we apply the Red base coat in the masked off areas, apply the custom made 'Tribal' fonts & stencils, the pin stripes and air brush in Gold

Putting it all together
We now assemble everything
on the bike, complete a detailed valet and add the painted panels to create
"Tribal warrior"
