A bit rough but engine runs well enough.
As always we start by stripping the bike to the frame for all parts to be inspected, cleaned, 
painted, polished and replaced where required.

How the bike stood when purchased in August 2006

The Stripdown 
Work begins
October 2006, The bike is stripped part by part
Engine fully serviced, carbs balanced and syncronised. 
Everything to be removed ready to restore or replaced



November 2006 - Stage 2
Engine and frame prepared for removal and paint

December 2006 - Stage 3
After many replacement parts, everything painted, alloy polished, re chroming etc
Rebuilding and reassembly begins 

Project continues into 2007.

January 2007 - Stage 3 continued
Parts are prepared, restored or replaced and assembled back on the bike

Front wheel painted and alloy polished

Front end rebuilt. New Headlight unit, indicators, horns, handlebars, mirrors, clocks, 
cables, levers, full brake overhaul - new pads etc.



February 2007 -
Stage 4 of the rebuild

March 2007
